We have 4 high speed Panasonic surface mount lines that can place components from MELFs, to fine pitch BGAs. Our production engineering has many years of experience and is up to date with the state of the art technology.
We have tried and true Universal axial insertion equipment and Univesal IC insertion equipment. Our operators have a minimum of 5 years experience on our equipment.
We have a production staff of over 200 people with years of experience. We train and certify our people to the standards specified in our ISO manual.
Our equipment preventive maintenance is performed according to the manufacturers' requirements. This allows us to provide our customer quality products and on time delivery.
